The objectives
The key objective was to significantly improve facilities for staff working at the site.

Replacement of roof coverings.

The work had to be completed to very tight timescales and within live staff amenity areas causing minimal disruption.

  • 3100m2 roof waterproofing replacement (single-ply roofing membrane system) carried out
  • Extension to NPD facilities designed and completed
  • Extensive refurbishment of staff facilities
  • Ongoing phased redevelopment of production facilities
