To design and construct a second extension to provide a further 600m² dry goods storage facility. This followed successful completion of a previous project completed by Celsius comprising a new dry goods extension and dedicated loading facility suitable for use by all possible vehicle types.

 

The existing congested site coupled with difficult ground conditions presented a number of challenges to be overcome.

The result

An innovative and high quality architectural solution was created to allow the construction of a much improved facility, including:

• Large recess to allow level loading and unloading
• Refrigerated loading bays
• Chilled storage
• Dry goods storage
• Cold store extension
